# WhitelistService

> Retired public whitelist application endpoint

Package: `monaco.api.whitelist`

Source: `protos/api/whitelist.proto`

Public whitelist applications are closed. `SubmitWhitelist` remains available for client compatibility and returns `PERMISSION_DENIED` without changing applicant data. Existing applications and administrative approvals remain intact.

## Notes

* `SubmitWhitelistRequest` requires `wallet_address` and `email`.
* Optional fields include Twitter/X and Telegram usernames.
