Movements API Cleanup & Order Status Update

This release removes the unsupported source filter from movements APIs and adds SETTLED_ON_CHAIN as a terminal order status.

`source` Removed from Movements APIs

The source parameter has been removed from getPaginatedUserMovements() and useUserMovements(). It was never supported by the API and would cause a 400 error if passed. Affected packages: @0xmonaco/types, @0xmonaco/core, @0xmonaco/react, @0xmonaco/mcp-server Migration:

// Before — would return a 400 error
await sdk.profile.getPaginatedUserMovements({ source: "hot_storage" });

// After — remove source, other filters still work
await sdk.profile.getPaginatedUserMovements({ page: 1, limit: 20 });
await sdk.profile.getPaginatedUserMovements({ entry_type: "CREDIT" });
await sdk.profile.getPaginatedUserMovements({ transaction_type: "TRADE" });

New Features

`SETTLED_ON_CHAIN` Order Status

SETTLED_ON_CHAIN is now a supported OrderStatus value. It represents the terminal state where a filled order has been fully settled on-chain. Full order lifecycle:

SUBMITTED → PARTIALLY_FILLED → FILLED → SETTLED → SETTLED_ON_CHAIN

Affected packages: @0xmonaco/types, @0xmonaco/mcp-server Usage:

const orders = await sdk.trading.getPaginatedOrders({ status: "SETTLED_ON_CHAIN" });
