Monaco Protocol SDK v0.6.2

Bug Fixes

revokeToken() no longer accepts a parameter

sdk.auth.revokeToken() previously accepted a refreshToken argument, but the server identifies the session to revoke from the access token in the Authorization header — the body was always ignored. Passing the argument caused a silent 400 Bad Request: Revoke request body must be empty error, meaning token revocation (and therefore sdk.logout()) was silently failing.
If you call sdk.auth.revokeToken() directly, remove the argument. sdk.logout() requires no changes.
Affected packages: @0xmonaco/core, @0xmonaco/react, @0xmonaco/types

MCP server: network config passed explicitly to registerTools

Network configuration is now passed explicitly to registerTools instead of being read from process.env at registration time. This fixes flaky CI tests caused by parallel test files racing on shared process.env mutations. No changes required for MCP server users.
