Sei Atlantic-2 testnet
Test assets have no real-world value. Trading is gasless; you do not need SEI tokens for the setup below.
Open Monaco Testnet ↗ ## 1. Connect Your Wallet Open the terminal and choose **Connect Wallet** in the top-right corner. Use MetaMask, Rabby, or Coinbase Wallet, or sign in with email or socials to have a wallet created for you. Privy remembers your wallet preference, so the first option shown may differ between users. Get Test USDC Select the **droplet icon** in the top toolbar, then **Mint 2,000 USDC**. A green dot means a mint is available. | Destination | Test funds per mint | | - | - | | Spot account | 1,000 USDC | | Margin account | 1,000 USDC | You can mint 2,000 USDC once per rolling 24 hours on each app. Your mint history appears in the same modal. Place An Order Choose a market from the ticker bar or press **⌘K** to search. Available perpetual markets include crypto, stocks, commodities, and FX, such as BTC, NVDA, GOLD, and EUR. 1. Choose **Market** for immediate execution or **Limit** to set a price. 2. Choose **Buy / Long** or **Sell / Short**. 3. Enter the size in the asset or USDC, or use the percentage slider. 4. Review the order value, required margin, and liquidation price, then select **Place Order**. See [Orderbook](/trading-mechanics/spot) for execution behavior and price protection. This shows live PnL, entry price, liquidation price, and a **Close** button. Positions tab showing an open 0.01 BTC long with live PnL ## After Your First Trade **Portfolio** shows account equity, available balance, margin used, realized PnL, win rate, and your spot/margin breakdown. The balance pill at the top right opens the account panel for deposits, withdrawals, and transfers between spot and margin. **Compete** contains your TraderCode and invite link. Leaderboards and rewards are coming soon. The testnet guide lists taker fees of **0.045%** and a maker rebate of **0.01%**. A limit order can execute immediately against existing liquidity; see [maker and taker fills](/fees) for the distinction.
Testnet may experience downtime and service interruptions while backend and frontend functionality is updated.

Any option works — you don't need SEI tokens or an existing testnet setup: * **MetaMask, Rabby, or Coinbase Wallet** — approve the connection in the wallet popup. * **Email or socials** — no wallet extension needed; one gets created for you. **Privy remembers your preference.** When Privy opens, it prioritizes the wallet you used most recently or use most often. The first wallet shown can therefore differ between users. Monaco lists crypto, stocks, commodities, and FX perpetuals, including BTC, NVDA, GOLD, and EUR. 1. Choose **Market** to fill immediately or **Limit** to set your price. 2. Pick **Buy / Long** or **Sell / Short**. 3. Enter a **Size** in the asset or USDC, or use the 25/50/75/100% slider. 4. Review order value, margin required, and liquidation price, then click **Place Order**.
